Reservation Rules

To ensure the best possible experience for all customers and an organized service, Ristorante Toscano has established the following reservation rules.
By making a reservation request, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

1. How to make a reservation

Reservations can be requested through:

  • TheFork

  • Phone: +351 934 875 118

All reservation requests are subject to approval by the restaurant.


2. Reservation approval and confirmation

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee table availability.

  • All requests are reviewed and approved by Ristorante Toscano.

  • After the review, the customer will be informed by:

    • Email and/or SMS

    • Whether the reservation is approved,

    • Whether it is not possible to accept the requested reservation.

The reservation is only considered confirmed after the restaurant has sent this approval notification.

3. Data required for the reservation

To process your reservation request, the following information may be requested:

  • Client name

  • Number of people

  • Desired date and time

  • Telephone number and/or email address

  • Relevant comments (e.g., food allergies, baby seat, special requests)

4. Punctuality

To ensure the smooth operation of the service, we ask that customers arrive at the scheduled time.

In case of delay, please contact us as soon as possible by phone.

5. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an approved reservation, you should do so as far in advance as possible, by:

  • TheFork (when the reservation is made through this platform)

We appreciate advance notice so that we can better manage our tables.

6. Deposit/advance payment (weekends)

For reservations made over the weekend (Friday dinner and Saturday), a deposit of €5 is required.

  • The deposit is fully refunded at the end of the dinner, provided that the customer shows up for the reservation.

  • The conditions relating to the deposit are always communicated to the customer before the reservation is approved.

7. Special requests and allergies

Ristorante Toscano will be happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible, including:

  • Food allergies and intolerances

  • Table preferences

  • Special occasions

Responses to specific requests are subject to availability on the day, time, and restaurant capacity.

8. Exceptional circumstances and force majeure

Ristorante Toscano reserves the right to change or cancel reservations for operational, technical, or force majeure reasons that prevent the normal functioning of the service.

Whenever possible, the customer will be informed as far in advance as possible.
